Blackwoods GIN
It is made in the Shetlands using a hand-picked botanical including Juniper, marsh marigold, coriander, mellow sweet and sea pink.
Best paired with: Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic

Bloom
Bloom is a premium London Dry Gin from Greenall's distillery portfolio. Infused with botanicals such as chamomile, honeysuckle and pomelo, the gin captures the uplifting sense of spring gardens.

Bombay Sapphire
The flavouring of the drink comes from a recipe of ten ingredients: almond, lemon peel, liquorice, juniper berries, orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia, cubeb, and grains of paradise.

Boodles
Created in 1845 and named after the Boodles Club in St. James, London, Boodles was the favourite gin of one of the club's most famous members, Winston Churchill. It is a juniper and coriander-based gin, distinct for having a more understated juniper flavour and unique profile.

Hendrick’s
It is notable for its use of rose petals and cucumber alongside traditional botanicals and for blending two separate spirits - one created in a small pot still and another in a carter-head still in order to extract the different flavours of the different botanicals.

The Botanist Gin was launched in 2010 by the Bruichladdich Distillery which is famed for its whisky. The gin features 31 botanicals, including 9 traditional botanicals that form the base flavour of the gin and 22 botanicals that are foraged on the island of Islay in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland.

Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger
Inspired by Africa and handcrafted in England, Whitley Neill Gin combines an unusual bunch of botanicals, including the carefully selected, rare Cape Gooseberries and Baobob fruit. This rhubarb and ginger version of Whitley Neill, is made following the same principles as the original kind. Strikingly smooth, the rhubarb brings a subtly tart crisp edge while the ginger comes through to warm the palate. The taste is rounded by the addition of orange and coriander that balance all the flavours!
